This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware and New Jersey — have substantially similar rights and may use the same form.
The part most people are here for. If you submitted a form on one of our consumer campaign websites asking to be matched with a refinance, debt, solar, student loan or similar provider, we sold that information to one or more of our clients so they could contact you — that is what you asked us to do, and we are paid for it. Information submitted through the business contact form on gomotion.pro is not sold. Advertising cookies on both may count as “sharing.” You can stop future sale and sharing at any time using the form below or a Global Privacy Control signal; doing so costs you nothing and changes nothing else about the service.

Section 04Sale and sharing
In the preceding 12 months we have sold the following categories of personal information collected through our consumer campaign forms to clients in the refinance, debt relief and consolidation, solar, and student loan industries: identifiers; customer records; commercial information; coarse geolocation; and inferences. We receive payment from clients for these leads.
We have shared the following categories for cross-context behavioural advertising through cookies and pixels: identifiers (online identifiers only); internet or network activity; and coarse geolocation. These were disclosed to advertising and analytics platforms.
Information submitted through the business contact form on gomotion.pro is not sold. All other disclosures listed in the Privacy Policy — to hosting, CRM, messaging, verification and fraud-prevention vendors — are made to service providers and are not sales or sharing.
We have not sold or shared the personal information of any consumer we know to be under 16 years of age. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information for any purpose that would require a right to limit its use.
Section 05Your rights
Right to know
Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed, sold, or shared it, covering the preceding 12 months and, on request, beyond. Where we sold your information, we will tell you the categories of client that received it.
Right to delete
Request deletion of personal information we collected from you. We may retain information where an exception applies — notably consent records and suppression list entries, which we must keep to comply with the law and to keep honouring your opt-out. Deletion by us does not delete copies already delivered to clients; we will pass your request to any client that received your information in the preceding 12 months where the law requires.
Right to correct
Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
Right to opt out of sale and sharing
Direct us to stop selling your personal information to clients and to stop sharing it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Use the form below, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser — we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser.
Right to limit use of sensitive information
Not applicable: we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Section 06How we verify a request
We match the identifiers you supply — typically email address and telephone number, plus ZIP code — against our records. For requests to know specific pieces of information we may ask for additional confirmation. We do not use verification information for any other purpose and delete it after processing. Opt-out requests do not require verification.
An authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission signed by you; we may still contact you to confirm. We respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days with notice to you. Opt-out requests are actioned within 15 business days. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “appeal”; we will respond within 45 days and tell you how to contact the Attorney General if you disagree.
Section 07Non-discrimination
We will not deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
Section 08Submit a request
Use this form, email privacy@gomotion.pro, or call 888.999.1740. Give the details you used when you submitted a form to us so we can find your record.
